The vessel is finished in a textured blue-gray glaze with earthy brown accents, giving it an organic, rustic appearance. Decorative applied details surround the handle attachments, each accented with a smooth dark stone-like center. The fitted lid has a large arched handle and coordinating concentric decoration. An incised maker’s mark resembling a stylized V, W or leaf motif appears on the underside.
